Has anyone managed to create a bluesky bots and understand how to have hashtags or URLs? The syntax seems quite complicated. Just posting hashtag or URL as text just shows them as clear text once posted in Bluesky

Right now the bot goes down because the host does not wake when my VM's cron kicks. Gotta fix that later too :P

A script to pull the daily top 10 bird chart captured on your BirdNet device and display it as a post on Mastodon.
Might have to research into how to actually run a bot for #Mastodon as would love to have things like Local Weather and stuff pop up for people that want to see that sort of info on there feed.

Okay so if you couldn't tell by the spam of #MagicTheGathering cards on your timelines this morning, the #MastodonBot that I created pulls a random card from @scryfall, tags it all up with the correct alt text and hashtags, then posts it. It's open source and will hopefully be worked on so you can ask it for prices, images, rulings, and more of specific cards soon.
