Maybe telling a psychopath (er.. corporation) that they must go about their business under new rules can have some effect... At any rate, It's nice to have an English description of what the Japanese writings are doing. The gas industry should be seriously embarassed to be using somebody who started off by trying to deny that cigarette smoke causes cancer to claim that methane-burning stoves are safe.
