- You have to pay $700 + training materials for the exams
- You have to find a company that is willing to sponsor you for a Secret clearance & no one wants to

I think that the bureaucracy has brought this on to themselves. Why should I shell out $700 and a week+ of my time studying for the off hand chance I get a #miltech job?

If your secret clearance is lapsed, is there any point in applying to jobs that call for a secret clearance?

Are they just collecting resumes? Is this like "internal only" jobs in the civil service, except for "internal to industry"?

Is that something that employers compromise on (changing req from has-clearance to clearable?)

Not a question about the superficial meaning of "Must be clearable" vs "Has active TS/poly". Asking if employers really mean it.

Lt Gen Dushyant Singh (R) and I examined if technology does win wars. The answer is simple . Technology on its own does not win wars as can be seen in Ukraine and Gaza. However technology has changed the way wars are being fought. New technology and conventional weapon systems are being synergised to produce some spectacular results in battle through human ingenuity. At the end one must realise that war is an human endeavour and technology is an adjunct to this effort.

Як пише The Times, електронна атака тривала щонайменше 30 хвилин і відбулася у момент, коли літак пролітав над Балтійським морем, поблизу Кеніґсбергу (Калінінградська обл.). В літаку перебував поважний чиновник - Міністр оборони Грант Шнапс, який повертався з Польщі у Великобританію.

Однак, це не вплинуло на безпеку літака, адже він має вбудовані, альтернативні засоби навігації.

Нагадаю, у Польщі та інших країнах ЄС проходять одні з наймасштабніших навчань за всю історію НАТО.

Вже раніше журналісти з різних європейських країн повідомляли, що москалі мають потужні РЕБ, які дістають до Польщі, Фінляндії та Балтії й можуть помітно глушити зв'язок. Отже, до цього треба бути готовими.
