#MorningsidePark in NYC has some handrail construction with the usual signage, but someone took it upon themselves to annotate what they'd like to see.

A sign announcing that this entrance to the park is closed for Morningside Park 113th Street Steps Handrail Construction which is covered in plastic (not usually done) on which one or several people have added in waterproof marker in the style of a community envisioning:
