<p>中国EV最大手の比亜迪（BYD）が発表した2026年2月の販売台数は、前年同月比約40％減の約19万台となった。単月では大きく落ち込んだものの、中国の新エネルギー車（NEV）市場が調整局面に入る中でも、同社は依然として業界トップの地位を維持している。</p>
<p>業界に詳しいアナリストによると、2月の販売減少は春節休暇の影響や、2025年末の大規模プロモーションによる需要の前倒しが主な原因とみられる。中国の自動車市場では、春節が重なる2月は例年販売が落ち込みやすい。また、26年初めには一部地域でサプライチェーンの一時的な変動もあり、生産や納車のペースが鈍化した。</p>

<p>中国商務部の盛秋平副部長はこのほど開かれた国務院新聞（報道）弁公室の記者会見で、2025年の中国のオンライン小売売上高が16兆元（約352兆円）に迫り、13年連続で世界首位をキープしたと明らかにした。</p>
<p>消費財買い替え奨励政策により、グリーン（環境配慮型）・スマート製品の普及が加速した。25年の新車販売に占める新エネルギー乗用車の割合は53.9％に達し、20年より48.2ポイント上昇した。サービス消費の潜在力も絶えず引き出され、住民の1人当たり消費支出に占めるサービス支出の割合は46.1％と、20年より3.5ポイント上昇した。</p>

<p>中国汽車流通協会（CADA）汽車市場研究分会の崔東樹事務局長は、2025年の世界新エネルギー車（NEV）市場における中国メーカーの圧倒的な存在感を示すデータを発表した。</p>
<p>発表によると、2025年の世界の新エネルギー乗用車販売において、中国勢のシェアは68.4％に達しており、特に10～12月期には71.9％まで拡大し、独走状態となった。純電気自動車（BEV）に限った25年通期の世界シェアは、前年から1ポイント増の64.3％だった。</p>

<p>崔氏はまた、世界の新エネルギー車（NEV）普及率（新車販売に占めるNEVの割合）は全体的に急速な上昇傾向にあると指摘した。2025年通期の世界自動車販売台数は9647万台、うちNEVは2271万台だった。25年10～12月期のNEV普及率では、中国が49.3％、ドイツが30％、ノルウェーが84％、英国が36％に達した一方、米国はわずか7％、日本は2.1％にとどまり、世界のNEVの発展が極めて不均衡であることが明らかとなった。</p>

<p>中国が2030年までの二酸化炭素（CO2）排出量の減少転換、60年までの実質ゼロを目指す「双炭（ダブルカーボン）」戦略を推進する中、新エネルギー設備製造産業は資源開発からハイエンド製造へと躍進しつつある。新華社傘下の中国経済信息社はこのほど、2025年の中国新エネルギー設備製造産業都市競争力トップ50ランキングを発表した。産業規模と優良企業、イノベーション能力、資金調達能力、産業収益、成長力の6方面から60以上の指標に基づき、産業チェーンの各分野を総合的に評価した結果、江蘇省蘇州市が87.71の総合スコアでトップに立ち、新エネルギー設備製造業発展の重要拠点となった。</p>
<p>広東省深圳市（87.63）は2位、江蘇省常州市（87.47）は3位となった。4～10位には江蘇省無錫市、上海市、福建省寧徳市、浙江省寧波市、北京市、安徽省合肥市、江蘇省南通市が入り、長江デルタ地域（上海・江蘇・浙江・安徽1市3省）がけん引し、複数の成長の極が協調するという産業発展の新たな様相を呈した。</p>
<p>地域別に見ると、華東地域が新エネルギー設備製造産業の中核的な力となり、上位50都市のうち、長江デルタ地域の都市が約半分を占めた。</p>
<p>蘇州が「一線都市」（北京、上海、広州、深圳の四大都市）を抜いてトップに立ったのは、産業チェーン全体に及ぶ事業展開と裾野産業の優位性が要因とみられる。</p>
<p>蘇州は中国新エネルギー産業の先発者であり、太陽光発電、エネルギー貯蔵・車載電池、風力発電、スマートグリッド、水素エネルギー、グリーン低炭素と新エネルギー車（NEV）を基幹産業とする「6＋（プラス）1」新エネルギー産業システムを確立している。「蘇州市新エネルギー産業の質の高い発展に向けた3カ年行動計画（2024～26年）」では、26年までに同市の新エネルギー産業生産額を1兆元（約22兆円）以上に増やし、電子情報、ハイエンド設備、先進材料に続く四つ目の1兆元規模の産業クラスターを育成するという目標を打ち出した。</p>
<p>蘇州のほか、常州、無錫、上海、寧波、合肥、南通ら長江デルタ地域の都市も上位10位に入り、同地域は世界的な新エネルギー設備製造の重要拠点への歩みを加速しつつある。</p>
<p>中国経済信息社のデータによると、常州は「新エネルギーの都」と呼ばれ、車載電池生産量・販売量が全国の5分の1を占める。中創新航科技集団（CALB）や蜂巣能源科技（SVOLT）などの大手メーカーが同市で重点的に事業を展開しており、産業チェーンの完成度は全国をリードしている。</p>
<p>上海は科学研究の高い実力と充実した金融資本を武器に、新エネルギーハイエンド設備分野で先頭に立つ。サブ指標をみると、上海は「優良企業」と「産業収益」の2指標でともに上位3位に入り、産業チェーン統合と価値創出の能力の高さを示した。寧波や南通などは沿海地域という地理的優位性を生かし、洋上風力発電ユニットやブレード、海底ケーブルなどの設備製造の発展に力を入れ、国の洋上風力発電戦略の重要な支点となった。</p>
<p>深圳は上位3都市の中で唯一、長江デルタ地域以外の都市となった。電気自動車（EV）大手の比亜迪（BYD）、通信機器大手の華為技術（ファーウェイ）傘下でデジタルエネルギーソリューションを手がける華為数字能源技術（ファーウェイデジタルパワー）、リチウムイオン電池の欣旺達電子（サンオーダ）などリーディングカンパニーを拠り所として、市場指向型で技術を推進力とする新エネルギー設備製造体系
