Fun with #ISP s. #NetTally lost pretty much all of their goodwill with me by making the discontinuation of service require a fax (to a non working number) or physical mail. Also, the Google Maps hours for their in person, unmanned location are wrong, making it difficult to return hardware. #CenturyLink took six months to install and left a modem for me to rent despite it being the same model as the one I bought to not rent one. That can only be returned by UPS and doesn't fit in the drop box.
