2. Diversity and inclusion is something everyone can and should do, regardless of policy.

I disagree wIth a couple of things in the article, but thatās not important.
The important thing is an action, on Tuesday, December 3rd, 2024: āLGBTQ+ People Are Not Going Back.ā
The article suggests a few things but not everyone has a platform for that. Maybe I post something here for #JohnMastodon to read. But that seems like preaching to the converted. I have a few days to think of something else.
