MARTINI SUCIO

1 oz vermouth
½ oz olive juice
1½ oz Tequila blanco
½ oz overproof Tequila blanco

Garnish: green olives
Method: Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with speared olives.

I got a bottle of G4 overproof and after trying it neat a couple times, wanted to test it out in a cocktail! It already has notes of olives on the finish, so I figured it would pair well in a dirty martini. Delish! Didn't have any olives the night I stirred it up, but olive oil drops worked well as a garnish.

Method: It's a martini.. use whatever portions you like, shaken or stirred according to your desire, then strain into the glass and garnish. This is my buddy Matt's spec and I loved it.
