help me to shift gears gradually, from being a very negative person to being more of an #optimist .
Our actions/behaviors actually start in our thoughts ~ if we focus on the negative, inside of our heads; an overall negative attitude & life are sure to follow. We (YOU) *CAN* change deeply engrained #thinkingpatterns though & writing in a Gratitude Journal daily is but 1 way to becoming a more positive person.
