@rpimag I did a bit more work on my UART booting Flashless Picos. On the end of each "pico" there's an I2C port for the I/O expander (used to reset/setup the RP2350A to boot from UART) and a UART port to send the bin file/communicate after boot. The Pico2 in the PicoUART6 is running CircuitPython using Adafruit_CircuitPython_PIO_UART for the non-hardware UARTs.

Raspberry Pi Pico2 in at the top is plugged into a green rectangular PicoUART6 PCB. At the bottom are 5 PCB similar to the Raspberry Pi Pico but with two SH connectors on the opposite end to  USB. In between is a mess of UART and I2C wires.

#PicoUART6 firmware ( github.com/8086net/pico-sexa-u ) has been updated to add I2C capability (i2c-tiny-usb) on the "ST/Qw" I2C port in the latest release for STEMMA QT/Qwiic devices.
