Morgen, 28.2. um 14:00 Uhr ist wieder ein Repair Café in Poing im Jugendzentrum in der Friedensstr 3. Es ist geöffnet von 14:00 bis 18:00 Uhr. Reparaturen werden bis 17:30 Uhr angenommen. Es werden wieder Elektrogeräte, Kleidung, Fahrräder und vieles Anderes repariert.
Und zu einem richtigen Café gehört auch Kaffee und Kuchen.

Morgen, 25.10.25 findet wieder das beliebte Repair Cafe in Poing statt und zwar im Jugendzentrum in der Friedensstr 3 von 14 bis 18 Uhr. Es werden Elektro, Fahrräder und Textilien repariert. Auch ein Messer- und Scherenschleifer ist da. Und das alles für umsonst. Über eine Spende würde sich das Sparschwein freuen. Und das Beste, Kaffee und Kuchen gibt es auch.

It was a pleasure to supervise 5 young talents from @tu_muenchen during the TUM's 1000+ Project Week. I was fortunate to see them working on part of the challenge that I am currently working on as an employee in #Canon Production Printing. Seeing the student's curiosity and dedication to understand and solve the problem was heart-warming. I hope to have some of them as my colleagues in the future. 😀

Being a post-doc in #TUM myself in the past, I see how meaningful such activities can be for students, but also for professionals.

A successful week full of collaboration, creativity, and fresh ideas! During the TUM1000plus Project Week, we had the opportunity to work with talented students from the Technical University of Munich on an exciting challenge from our R&D Division.

But this week was about more than just solutions - it was a two-way exchange of knowledge and inspiration:

✅ The students gained insights into our culture, our technology portfolio, and our business processes.
✅ We, in turn, got to experience their unique skills, potential, and fresh perspectives up close.

Spending a full week together gave us a much better understanding of these young talents than a typical recruitment process ever could. And now, they return to TUM as ambassadors, sharing their experience with others.
A big thank you to everyone who made this week such a success! Your dedication and enthusiasm made all the difference. We’re excited to continue creating opportunities like this, building strong partnerships with universities and empowering the next generation of innovators.

Am Samstag, 10.5.25 ist wieder Repair Cafe in Poing. Im Jugendzentrum, Friedensstr 3 von 14 bis 18 Uhr. Bringt eure kaputten Sachen zum Reparieren.
Wer mithelfen will Schrott zu vermeiden und die Umwelt zu schonen ist auch willkommen. Bitte bringt geeignetes Werkzeug mit.
Es gibt auch wieder Kaffee und Kuchen

At least I do find them pretty cute. Maybe they make you smile as well.

Last Sunday we visited the Wildpark Poing.
I always spend some time near the lynxs. Just sitting there with my tele lens and waiting for a good moment while just watching them.

After a while I noticed that I could bring my tripod next time and try to get some video clips through the tele. ... If this is allowed ... Anyways. I was happy to see this moment when two of them stood close together.
