Good et Pretti ont été assassiné-e-s sous l'oeil de la caméra par des agents en service de ICE, alors qu'iels défendaient leur communauté contre ces agents.

Porter a été assassiné alors qu'il fêtait l'arrivée du Nouvel An, sans être filmé, et semble-t-il par un agent qui n'était pas de service. Les chances pour que Porter nourrisse la mobilisation et devienne un symbole, de la même manière que Pretti et Good, étaient minces dès le départ. Les images-chocs, l'acte héroïque n'étaient simplement pas là. Je dis pas que sa vie vaut moins, c'est juste qu'il «manquait des ingrédients» pour que sa cause soit largement récupérée.
Faut être honnête. Le fait qu'il ait été un homme noir a probablement été un facteur, mais c'était UN facteur, pas LE seul facteur.
Ça sert à rien d'accabler des activistes du Minnesota à cause de ça.
Maintenant, ça m'apparaît évident que sa famille a droit à la solidarité, ni plus ni moins que celles de Good et de Pretti.

It has just about everything I want in a porter: dark, complex flavor, but still somehow crisp and clean.
