Standing beside a large frozen lake. Lake and ground are covered with a very light snow cover mixed with ice and frozen over. A mostly clear soft blue sky with a cluster of thin hazy clouds along the horizon to our left. The sun is setting behind those clouds and a line of tall leafless trees on a peninsula, scattering sparkles across the frozen surfaces. There are more leafless forests on another peninsula and a small island to our right and across the far shore. Just ahead of us, a couple of small leafless shrubs project out of the snow and ice.

We are standing beside a large lake surrounded by a forest of leafless trees waiting for spring. A small cluster of fading green lily pads floats just offshore. A peninsula foreground right and a small island just past it to our left have many birch trees, just as leafless but standing out for their bright trunks and branches. The sky is overcast with thick dark gray clouds, but small breaks in the clouds along the horizon allow the rays of the recently set sun to paint the bottoms of the clouds near the horizon a vibrant orange. The sky and trees along the shore are mirrored on the gently rippled lake surface.

Nebelig war's heute morgen und ich war (ganz untypisch für mich) ziemlich früh im #herzogenriedpark # mannheim unterwegs.
Die beiden Bilder sind ziemlich ähnlich und nur aus leicht unterschiedlicher Perspektive gemacht. Ich kann mich nicht entscheiden - Bild 1 hat für mich etwas mehr Spannung (es zieht mich nach rechts - ich will wissen, was da noch kommt). Bild 2 wirkt auf mich "abgeschlossen". Der Kreis/Teich schließt sich. Wie seht ihr das?
