Not sure which ones go to #litrpg and which ones to #progressionfantasy , but there were few that stood out:
Wandering Inn - definitely off beat main character
Quest Academy,
Return of the runebound professor,
Ascension of the street rat,
The runic artist.
Mother of learning?
All series, should be on KU.
Cradle, and The stormlight archive get a bit stale after n-th book, but first ten should be okay.

I raised an eyebrow. “That’s, uh, weirdly specific, but sure. Okay. Do you have a name, or am I just supposed to call you ‘Definitely Not a Princess’?”
The supposed ninja narrowed their single visible eye. “If you must give me a name...you may refer to me as...Nameless Kage.”
“You want your name to be...Nameless. That’s, uh, sort of a cont—”
Ken covered my mouth again. “We are honored to meet you, esteemed Nameless Kage. Alas, we were down the road when you began the song, and were not able to hear the entirety of it. Would you be kind enough to play it again?”
“Of course. Such is my duty as a prin...er, ninja. Music playing ninja. Yes.” Nameless raised the flute to their lips and began to play.
I took a moment to relax, listen, and bask in the music.
Ken clapped when they finished. “Excellent! Wonderful!” He turned to me. “Did you memorize that?”
“We’ve been over this, Ken. I don’t play the flute, the harmonica, or any other sort of wind instrument.”
“Impossible.” Nameless stepped forward. “You cannot progress your quest without playing the harmonica.”
Ken gave me a look. “Told you we should have got you one, Yui.”
“Hey, look, I can’t do everything.”
“It is your job, Hero, to do everything,” Nameless explained. “It is your great strength, and your burden. I do not envy you.
