so a very rapid speedwalk later, we made it to village plaza

somehow made the 3 mile walk in under 45 min, but the mvrta 10 was late anyway

considered a transfer to the mvrta 24 to get the lowell line into boston, but the haverhill line was *also* late (according to the conductor, the head end power cut out 4 times on the intended set, so they swapped with the next set outbound)

so we are now getting into boston 90 minutes earlier than expected

interestingly someone boarded at the north londonderry concord coach terminal asking if the bus went to salem and whether there was a bus from there to lawrence

then a small fight over fares ensued, with the person running to the concord coach terminal to get change

there probably should be some connection to the mvrta, but i am curious where this person is coming from (off the littleton nh inbound concord coach that arrived 30 min ago?)

we unexpectedly stumbled upon manchester’s taco tour which is apparently $3 tacos from 30-40 vendors on pedestrianized elm st from 4-8pm today

it was just getting started but seemed like it would get pretty busy later in the evening

concord has surprisingly relatively good urbanism, and this was the first time i was in concord on a weekday midday, so it was very fun to run into random state reps
