In my toot yesterday I used "App" as example, as that's the dominant way we think about the software we build. A very overloaded concept, #FOSS apps functionality is highly influenced by the dev process that creates them: mostly ad-hoc issue-driven design-by-consensus. Which naturally finds a more tech-oriented audience, based as it is on code forge tooling.
