Has anyone else tried the #SafeAndSoundProtocol? I'm doing it right now, and I'm very dubious about it's mechanism, as Wikipedia says it's not widely accepted, and frankly, it sounds like a load of tosh.

That said, it may work but for different reasons than those given in the blurb.
