I'm fussy. I don't know why.

I got up early, took a busy bus to another side of the city, had an appointment with a nutritionist, came back to town for some groceries and supplements, came home, cooked munch (my culinary science, was it good though), cleaned the kitchen, had an appointment with a surveyor, took out recycling, cleaned the trash, had snacc, jump in the bath, sat to read cute manga, listened to music, and now writing to my pocket frendos.

It's been a good day. So why do I feel petulant?

My, perhaps #controversial, #hottake is that I prefer idly browsing #4chan now to #Reddit. For as crude as it is, 4chan is at least human in a way that Reddit just isn't anymore. 4chan is vulgar and crass but vibrant. Reddit is full of people that appear to just #seethe online all day, regardless of their political leanings. Eternally hurling insults from afar for the approval of fellow defeated seethers and bots.

There's distinct pushback against the #fediverse where I'm from. Norway, a place that is famous for not innovating anything else but harmful fisheries and hydro technology for fossil fuel extraction, is a pretty cold and unforgiving place.

As such, going around and telling people about the #fediverse is a laborious task, because of all that Jante law jazz. It really is a middleware land, where if your name isn't Microsoft, Google or Oracle, your name ain't with shit.
