#Update: I'm going to be #unhoused in a couple of weeks. I'm currently preparing my car for living in.

I've been staying with friends since October 2024. Now that time needs to end. They've been profoundly gracious and accommodating, but deserve and need their home and privacy back.

I'm going to need temporary housing while I wait for my name to come up on HUD housing lists. I have impeccable rental and character references. I can afford US$350 - US$400 per month including utilities as long as I don't lose #SocialSecurity.

I can do light maintenance and repair work as a work trade for any rent beyond what I can afford, and have my own tools. Totally down for a #queer #situationship if you're a top and we are attracted to each other. (That said, I do prefer men my own age-ish, 50's-60's)

Housing needs to be in the OR/WA area as I need to be able to travel quickly to any of the apartments for which I'm on waiting lists.

If there is a #situationship , it should be agreed on by both partners,... not superimposed by one particularly neglectful and avoidant partner who only satisfies their own needs and ignores the voiced needs of the other. That's a completely unethical and careless way to conduct a relationship 🤬
