The Update: As many of you know, I have long been attracted to the #Anglican tradition. Well, over the course of the past months my wife and I have been meeting with the rector of a nearby Anglican #church to discuss becoming Anglican. We are now on the cusp of being received into the Anglican Communion. I was overjoyed engaging the #Sacrament of #Confession yesterday as one of the final steps in preparing for reception.

For our 40th anniversary I got my husband a guitar. He will be retiring eventually and I needed him to have a hobby. I was going to get him an inexpensive acoustic guitar but my son got involved and now husband has a very nice electric guitar. Son and I made sure that husband could listen through his head phones (so I didn’t have to) at his progress. So far he has learned 10 chords. He is dedicated and sounds good.
