Vi skal i niårsdag til en herlig jente og jeg hadde lyst å sy noe til henne som hun faktisk kunne få bruk for! Hun er opptatt av sminke og deltar aktivt i forestillinger, så jeg landet på en sminkepung som folder seg ut sånn at man ser alt man har, men samtidig kan raske det med seg.
Den er reversibel, kan kastes i vaskemaskin på 40 grader også har jeg laget charms som kan tas av. Alt selvlaget, tilgomed sløyfen! Håper hun blir fornøyd og at den kommer til nytte 🙌🎂

Endelig kan jeg dele sommerens første sy-prosjekt! 🧵🪡

Mannen min har bursdag idag og jeg har kjøpt en Kobo (verdens beste lesebrett btw!!) og da måtte han selvsagt ha et ekstra pent etui! Mønster laget for hånd, stoff og knapper kjøpt brukt og knappehull sydd for hånd (Det måtte læres 😅).

Også må jeg bare dele enda et bruktfunn, et slagbord som passer perfekt inn i det magiske sy-hjørnet mitt med åpne/lukke skapet 🙌

Her i hus bruker vi mye kluter istedenfor servietter/tørkepapir/våtservietter og nå var det behov for litt flere i en mindre størrelse så dagens sy-prosjekt ble å kutte opp et slitt håndkle i bambus og sy det om til små vaskekluter!

Dette er bare 1/3 del av klutene, men det var det jeg rakk før henting i barnehagen 🙌

Så sparer vi både miljøet og lommeboka, samt vi slipper fulle søppeldunker med papir 😅

Det var et bredt hull over ene kneet så jeg lukket hullet og styrket kantene med vanlig sytråd før jeg laget en lapp av en gammel dongeribukse som jeg festet med broderitråd i hvit for kontrast før jeg sydde kantene fast i buksa for å forhindre at kanten på lappen skulle løsne.

Er sikkert enklere måter å gjøre det på, men jeg er ikke vant å bruke lapper av fast stoff, det faller fra hverandre om man ikke sikrer kantene så dette skal jeg forsøke meg på igjen.

Alt i alt, godt fornøyd! 🙌
