Also the Malay subtitles were INCREDIBLE. it just sucks that we still don't really preserve them in any home releases (I believe Netflix/otherwise Malay translations are handled by their own contracts. I'd check with this one down the line if not for the fact I'd have to pay for d+). The 80s/90s era of horrible subs because the contracts used to come out of Hong Kong is definitively over.

One of the great opening tunes on any record, period? It is reduced to “Light jazz music playing.” *sigh*
