One of the things that bothers me most about #TheCreator is that the androids can't even communicate with each other. They talk and listen to each other, and they can't even send a single fucking text message to each other. 😅

I watched The Creator. Hats off to Gareth Edwards‘ who demonstrates that VFX-heavy cinema doesn‘t have to be all close-ups and long focal lengths, those dreadful sacrificial offerings for the green screen, and effects and on location shooting can live in perfect harmony. Let’s pray that some producer recognizes its worth. On another note, I don’t see any proper reason why he and Greig Fraser shot the film in 2.76:1.
