Is anyone else playing The Garden Path?
I'm enjoying it! I'm not used to playing games so close to release, so I keep trying to look up things about the trading system and finding an empty wiki. I love the art, fishing minigame, and the constellation achievements system. The first couple days unfold so slowly and pleasantly. Sometimes so-called "cozy" games like Stardew can stress me out, but this doesn't feel rushed at all.
It's also been a long time since I played a game that involves so much physical and spatial maneuvering. The controls are a bit fiddly for me and I keep getting frustrated by how difficult the map is to navigate, but that could very well be my lack of dexterity.
On the other hand, you can befriend a giant frog named Worm, so I'm having the time of my life. 🐸
