They used to say, in the old days, if you got lost in the woods or took a bad route on the moors, that it was "the wee folk" making you lost and bewitching you.
When my satnav sends me on the wrong route, or directs me up a one track road in the middle of nowhere, I am now also blaming it on the Wee Folk. They used to whisper in people's ears and cloud their eyes, now they redo satnav instructions. Still #TheWeeFolk's fault.
I wonder what I have to do to appease them in the digital era?

Not even joking. A thimble of whisky out for the week folk on the windowsill every full moon, and a little bottle of it down a rabbit hole every new year's day. My grandfather swore it kept #TheWeeFolk happy.
