I guess I spent ways more time watching the #lion than trying to get a photo of him. I was just happy that he was moving around.

The little #ibex reminded me of the day in the mountains where I first encountered them in the wild. - I really should go there again.

Two more photos from our visit to the #zoo recently. We discovered this #weasel as it was running and jumping around, even attacking a crow.

Later it was jumping and diving in dry leafs ... only to return shortly after with a dead mouse. We unknowingly witnessed a hunt!

We've never seen a weasel for so long - and also never hunting. - Seems we were quite lucky this day.

Hi friends, we went to the #zoo recently because we got to know that the #lynx had young ones.
Well and as we both like lynx and #felines quite a bit, we tried to visit them.

And we were soooo lucky 🍀! They were quite active and playing around. The 300mm lens allowed some nice close ups even though I stood quite a bit away to not disturb them.

I find the one the strongest where it looks directly into the camera

Hi friends. I visited the Munich zoo recently. My wife and me go there a couple of times a year. And each time I feel like taking less and less photos. Nowadays I try to take photos only if I feel that they could turn out really well. Know what I mean?

I just don't need a 100th okayish photo of a sleeping tiger 😉

For this photo I waited a while until the meerkat was looking in my direction to get it.
