The latest Technical Education Learner Survey report has been published. The report draws on data from the three surveys of the first T Level cohort. The report explores learner destinations and outcomes after finishing the course, such as whether they are working or studying in their T Level field. Learners also reflect on how their programme prepared them for what they are doing now.

Concern grows over the high number of early withdrawals on #apprenticeships and #TLevels. Some of this will be the final 'lagging' numbers post-lockdown, but the sector needs some support. Better funding, a more flexible approach to inspections for work-based programmes, quality publicly-funded #CEIAG available in all regions and revising the functional skills requirements post-16 would be good starting points.
