This line is the last remaining tram/streetcar line in Tokyo, although as it does in this picture, it runs mostly away from car traffic on medians or dedicated routes. The rolling stock are all single cars. This one is white with a blue stripe. The weather was not great and such is the lighting. A mini supermarket, buildings, and a car are among the items in the background.
