At New Delhi airport and just spotted Uncle Roger (Nigel Ng)! Me and my partner, @ansuz, are fans. As he was passing just in front of us, ansuz shouted "Haiyaa" and I shouted "Fuiyoh" spontaneously. @tuckerteague here it's called zeel and I add it to my food. With #MSG being promoted by #UncleRoger and #HestonBlumenthal hopefully the misinformation will slowly fade. But until there is a ban on non ingredients with no scientific evidence like no MSG and no GMO the hesitancy will continue because people think, "why is it not used? It must be bad."
