[EN] We are at a crossroads in history and the Western culture is being questioned recently due to its selective approach. There needs to be a redefinition of the value system adopted and to explain what each value means explicitly in order for this culture to avoid the downward path which it has set for itself.

[EN] There is a need to reassess the values that we try to abide by in our society. Some values are proving to be useless when they are accompanied by superiority and selectivity. Societies have a responsibility to redefine the pillars that they build their cultures on and especially the Western Culture.

When I read #ClimateChange commentary, #ClimateAction commentary, virtually all of it is based on "we have to live exactly like we live today, so what do we #build to make that #ClimateFriendly?"
More or less in opposition to that is something called #Degrowth, except degrowth always comes down to policies and first we make a bunch of decisions about priorities and values, and - our #ValueSystem is what's killing us, by killing everything else coz it's fun to go fast.

As a value system that prioritizes saving over spending (on miliary) #bitcoin as a #valueSystem is a better way to force capital into #housing.
If people want housing bitcoin more reliably can allocate value to it. Whereas, for example, a bank that, to generate so-called "#interestPayments", will use your money to prop up the likes of #Blackrock and #BillGates that #deracinate the people (read: take people off the land) seems counter to the stated goal, right?
