The risk is clear, once they make such a move the safety of other countries maintaining national funds in EU banks will vanish, as it will no longer be perceived as a safe treaty respecting system, but a fund grabbing blackmail regime.

This also propels a right wing administration acting as a neutral negotiator.

Dans un entretien avec le Sunday Times de Londres publié le 7 décembre, le président tchèque Petr Pavel a déclaré "Si ces violations se poursuivent, je crois qu'il y va y avoir un moment où nous devrons employer des mesures plus fortes, y compris de tirer sur un avion ou drone russe. La Russie ne permettrait pas des violations répétées de leur espace aérien et nous devons en faire autant."

Pavel a ajouté que les avions et les drones russes qui pénètrent dans l'espace aérien de l'OTAN le font délibérément, d'une façon parfaitement planifiée, en visant plusieurs objectifs y compris celui de démontrer que la Russie a la capacité de le faire," et celui de tester les systèmes de défense aérienne occidentaux et notre résolution réagir en auto-défense.
