Got in a three mile ruck with 60 lbs
Should have been a four mile ruck with some buddies and then #CrossFit but the weather forecast said it was going to storm this morning so moral and physical cowardice caused my buddies and I to cancel

Was supposed to go for a run today but I managed to cut the hell out of my big toe last night so maybe we'll let that heal up a bit before I go pound the hell out of it
Cambridge half marathon done.. hard work and my legs decided I was a jerk for the last 5k or so.. now just need to get to the point where I can do that after a swim and cycle... (The word just is doing a LOT of work in this sentence)

This week was kind of all over the place, but got some decent work in. Feeling a little banged up - need to get more consistent in my running and #CrossFit volume so I get used to it
Well once again it is the weekend. Let's make the most of it.

When I walked into CrossFit today the coach asked me "What the hell happened to you?" One of the other athletes said "Did you just finish the workout? Looks like it was a hard one!" It is getting warm these days - guess I looked sweaty and rough when I showed up

Made up my bench press and got in some accessory work
Not my best week, but the bench did feel pretty good today and so did my dips. No excuses - next week will be better
Everybody go out and really live the hell out of this weekend
This has been a shaky week for lifting so far, but I made up some of my squats and got a bit of accessory/core work done
Today's workout for #hackerfit . Upped my weight on the rows, hip thrusters, and inclined bench. 6:30 each station with 1:20 rest between. Did 3 rounds of each station. #wehackhealth #push4progress
