Life advice can come from many places!

Today, I'm listening to sloths and slowing down. I was so tired on my morning walk I was nearly crying, clearly I NEED to rest. And that's OK. It's not lazy to prioritise our own wellbeing.

Got a driving lesson this morning. Dreading it, literally gut wrenching anxiety. I hate this so much. I'm so SICK of doubting myself.

So, I'll try to be my own Samwise today...encouraging and enthusiastic self talk, and carrying myself with strength and determination!

One of the ways I'm embracing my special interests today is by writing a Snail themed wellbeing package! It's the first time in what feels like a million years I've been inspired and motivated and have the energy to create this stuff. Unsurprisingly, being burnt out and depressed is not exactly conducive to creating meditations or affirmations!
