Game development has always been something of my interest. In my case all my games have been written from scratch in C++. Two of my released games are based on my own game engine "Casual Game Engine" that features AngelScript for game scripting.

Casual Desktop Game is my most popular game so far. A fan remake of the ancient desktop destroyer with modern features.Casual Pixel Warrior is a 2D top-down RPG-like casual game where you can fight opponents to earn coins and gems in order to purchase upgrades and neat items. There are quests and daily rewards available as well as special events.Hyper Frenzy is an arena styled 2D top-down space shooter that features various gametypes. Matches are very quick and thus suited for casual gaming.Solitarius started as a demo project for Casual Game Engine, but is now finished as a completed small game. The game consists of a small single-player campaign with a little story.

On February 14th, 2025, Casual Desktop Game will celebrate its 5 year anniversary on Steam!

For this event it is planned to release a bigger game update after so long without that many updates.

What's Casual Desktop Game? It's a fan remake of the old Desktop Destroyer made by Miroslav Nemecek, featuring community content via its workshop.

Before making "proper" games, I used to mostly make mods, esp for Amnesia: The Dark Descent. This year, ATDD got Steam Workshop support at 13 yrs old, so I dipped back in.
Today, I released a script pack for ATDD modders, with things like List & Vector classes, String & Math stuff, & more, to help out the good folks who are still making content for OG Amnesia. wiki.frictionalgames.com/page/

Das ist eine #C++-artige Scriptsprache, die zur Integration in C++-Anwendungen gedacht ist. Einbetten geht mit wenig Aufwand und die ganze Geschichte läuft recht performant.

Die Sprache selbst ist ähnlich genug, sodass sich C++-Entwickler nicht groß umstellen müssen.

Das Build-System ist schlank gehalten, sodass man nicht gleich ganze Toolchain-Landschaften mitziehen muss.
