Seen on Alewife Brook in Arlington. I think it's a great blue heron? I was lucky to get a good shot - I saw it as it started to get ready to take off. I couldn't see my phone screen in the sun, so I just tried to aim in the right direction and started tapping the shutter button repeatedly.
