Dieses Konzept des #backToOffice ist doch überholt und nicht sinnvoll (in meiner Umgebung). Seit Monaten bin ich mal wieder im Büro um mich mal wieder mit Menschen zu treffen (Soll ja ein Grund für BackToOffice sein). Und sitze jetzt mit einigen anderen im Großraumbüro. Nur damit die Leute um mich herum alle in Video Calls sind mit Leuten die nicht im (gleichen) Büro sind. Also Störungsfreier arbeite ich da aber zu Hause im #HomeOffice. Abgesehen, dass meine Arbeitsumgebung da angepasster ist.
Merke: Dümmer geht immer! 🤦

I just came across a solid reason why corporations are pushing the back to the office directives, even if some staff quit, even if it's shown that staff are happier, more productive and take fewer sick days when they #remotework.
Corporations got given money by local governments to build offices in certain locations and fill them with employees. So forget the CEO and HR bullshit, this (and long term lease obligations) is driving #rto #returntooffice #backtooffice.
