Another that began when I first entered #thailand
This is a view looking from the ferry across the Sea of Thailand, somewhere between Surat Thani and Koh Phangan. Salty, sea winds wiped passed and I sat smiling, drawing with watercolor pencils and standard colored pencils. Again, it’s not perfect, but who cares? Tonight I added more water color, working to define edges in the softness of water in motion.

Show me what your work in progress is?

I’m leaning into making “bad art,” rather than not making art at all. So I present to you a watercolor sketch of Bangkok, Thailand. The day I began this was in the middle of burn season, the air was thick with smoke and the sky was shining a hot pink through the sunshine and pollution. The shapes are not perfect, but #art doesn’t have to be perfect. So what’s your current #wip #WIPWednesday
