I've thought about using Zotero, which is a Free Code under AGPL;

It does depend on a server, but AFAIK the free tier would be fine for syncing bookmarks, etc. A non-geek friend used it during her PhD thesis and rated it so highly she paid for more storage.

There might be a way to self-host a Zotero server? Never looked into it.

部分インデックスは実際の検索条件のWHERE句と合致する必要があるからEXPLAINで使われてるか確認すると良いね。N+1問題はスローログでもいいけどpg_stat_statementsの方が手っ取り早くてオススメ。

A rather random thought just popped into my mind...

I've been storing my #bookmarks in Zotero since someone mentioned trying it sometime back. It's worked pretty well, but, IMO isn't the most convenient.

Since last weekend I've been working on cleaning up my contacts - which I haven't cleaned up for 20+ years at this point.

So, the idea just occurred to me: why not store bookmarks in with your contacts?  If you are following the vCard 4 standard, there are structures for Full Name, Address, Websites, Phone numbers, Social Media, email addresses, and categories.

IMO - this just makes sense. You tend to keep your contacts synced between all of your devices.  vCard is a ubiquitous format for storing this information.

My current contact cleanup is for storing all my contacts in Obsidian. I've alread cut 100 contacts from the past that I didn't have any real information for (and I have a reasonably high expectation that I will not be in touch with again). I was doing similar work with going through my web bookmarks a few months ago.  Seems to me like this is an opportunity to centralize all this information in a single, easy to sync location.
