Ein anderer Tipp aus dem Internet. Das Dörren von Chili con Carne (im weiteren Text nur Chili genannt).
Dazu haben wir beim Kochen komplett auf Öl verzichtet, da sich das nicht dörren lässt.
Das Ergebnis kann sich sehen lassen:
frisches Chili: 400g
getrocknetes Chili: 100g
Bei der Rehydrierung sollte man etwas weniger als 300g Wasser verwenden, sonst wird es etwas zu flüssig.
Auch leidet der Geschmack minimal, also nach dem trocknen einfach nochmal ein bisschen würzen.
