So my DM and I collaborated on a #PF1 archetype, because no official Investigator archetype has spellbook-based arcane casting, nor does any first-party archetype focus on spellcasting criminals specifically. Seeing as we focus on #Eberron as a setting, that's kind of a big gap.

(Yeah, technically we play 3.5,, but PF1 is a handy resource for #DnD35e , so.)

I wonder what underwater civilizations' names for the "animal buffs" are. There's plenty of diversity in life under the sea, so it seems like it shouldn't be hard to come up with alternate names. There's no reason why merfolk and sahuagin would name spells after land animals and inland birds, after all.

In the midst of panic-buying survival things, managed to put some money towards a pleasant thing.

Namely, after having picked up a used copy of the first chapter of Hell's Rebels cheap to round out an order months ago and liking what I saw, I finally ordered the other five chapters from Paizo, and they arrived today.

...Also their six plainest dry-erase battlemaps, because of the possibility of offline play happening... forced so by dystopian developments or not.
