I'm pretty reclusive, but actually made a virtual appearance at my #DroneDay listening party for my #experimental #electronic #drone #music #album titled, "Lighter Than Nothing" https://cyferofagrym.bandcamp.com/album/lighter-than-nothing

It was hosted by the label https://aneclecticcollectionofdust.bandcamp.com/ & a wonderful little crew of funny, cordial & encouraging musicians/music lovers showed up! It was a nice ego boost that topped off my creative fuel tanks. I'm very grateful & look forward to following their example.

Op 24 mei vieren we iets wat je niet snel op een verjaardagskalender vindt: International Drone Day – de officieuze hoogdag van het langgerekte geluid. Er is al vaak genoeg aandacht voor liedjes met coupletten en refreintjes. Nu gaan we puur voor de klanken die zich langzaam ontvouwen en waarmee je in een trance-achtige staat wordt gebracht. In Vera betekent dat één ding: Dronefest is terug, met een nieuwe editie van Dronestage en twee uur ononderbroken drone-liefde. Het is muziek voor de binnenwereld, voor introspectie en voor een collectieve verdwijning in vibraties.
