This coming week in a nutshell

On the upside, I booked the week off work, and I've got rid of my mum for 5 days as she's gone on a little trip down South with one of her friends from her pensioners club.

On the downside, I've got a fuck ton of DIY projects to do... electrical (new sockets and other cabling for ethernet and tv/satellite, some carpentry, new insulation and of course a load of decorating... and if there's time, doing the base for the shed I hope to get built before winter sets in.

Then there's a shit load of decor touches that need doing... hanging a large mirror, a load of picture frames up the stairs that need to be perfectly aligned both in height and width apart.

My week off, will actually be harder work than it would be if I'd just gone to fucking work each day.
