Christmas morning. Got the Switch 2 for the kids with the Mario Kart World bundle that is a free download. It won't let me download the game because my Nintendo account is set to Japan. I logged into Nintendo's site to try and change my region for my account and it said, "No! Fuck you!"

Well, the #McCartneyAvoidanceAdvent is all over for another year. The 11yo had a Christmas concert to perform in in the middle of town. Since it was going on quite late I booked a table at Prezzo for afterwards. Got McCartney’d as I walked in the door. Then to top it off they also played my second most hated track, Stop the Cavalry. #FML The clock stops at 15 days 19 hours and 23 minutes.

I shoveled the driveway down to the blacktop specifically so anything remaining could melt in the sun today. So what happens? Blowing snow recovers it an inch deep - too much for the sun to get through, which means I have to shovel again. #fml

External monitors don't work. Network doesn't work.
Use phone to download linux-modules-extra deb file for my kernal version and architechture.
Copy the file from the phone to the computer, sudo dpkg -i <the file>. reboot.

Letzte Nacht habe ich wenig bis gar nicht geschlafen. Das habe ich leider häufig am Sonntag. Also hab ich mich so durch den Tag geschleppt, weil ich um 1700 einen Termin in der City hatte.
Ich fahre also mit der Bahn in die Stadt. Kämpfe mich am Weihnachtsmarkt vorbei. Kaufe ne Kleinigkeit™️ beim Rossmann ein und gehe zu meinem Termin.
Man gab sich irritiert, als man mich erblickt hat.
Der Termin ist morgen.
