There was a post about French Fries here this week. It made me think of my late wife and how she studiously avoided fries but loved them. Near the end, she said to hell with it and fries became part of our routine after chemo. The chemo by then was the rent-a-bit-more-of-life kind but the lunches at A&W always included fries. By the way, you know that 'ringing the bell' after completing chemo? Well, keep in mind that the bell doesn't ring for everyone.
