I'm going to be annoying and talk more about GSPR. I work in a bookstore and they also sell stationery. This is what I learned:
* No stationery products have materials listed
* Some notepads don't have any information, just a bar code.
* Most notebooks have just a manufacturer and distributor info
* Some have packaging warning
* stickers and sticker sheets only have manufacturer, distributor and small parts warnings
I don't know y'all, it's a mess. 😂
Since I'm going to work tomorrow and Friday, I decided to spend today creating GSPR labels for my products. Nothing really exciting, but I'd like it to be done and over with ASAP.
I made separate pages on my shop for product safety in multiple languages. I'll keep them in english on the product and then have a link to the specific page via QR code.
I'm using Google translate, but if anyone wants to help check if they make sense in their language, let me know! 😁
So I got the reply to my GSPR questions from a lawyer. Of course he didn't tell me specifically what I should do from my product, but he linked me to a few Czech laws that already apply for product safety, and linked me also to our Trade Inspection authority, which was quite helpful.

I think that it's "not" on this particular occasion, and that that Folksy weblog is a bit of a perverse reading.
After all, the #GSPR preamble explicitly says that the idea is to exclude #artworks because they "are products created solely for artistic purposes" which product safety really does not enter into.
Observe that Folksy has wholly skipped over parts A "Works of art" and B "Collectors' items" of the 2006 regulations and only referenced the rule in C "Antiques".

Ho un'amica che vende su Amazon, e siccome per lei quando si tratta di questioni tecniche-legali, purtroppo, chiama sempre me, mi ha messo di fronte a quello che io ignoravo completamente, ovvero il regolamento europeo #GSPR per gli e-commerce
Che è già operativo, e le grandi piattaforme stanno cercando di recepire in malo modo, ma la cosa grottesca è quello che sta facendo Amazon per i piccoli commercianti che stanno sulla sua piattaforma 1/2
