Woman pleads guilty to shooting at Hells Angels Clubhouse

VIRGINIA, Minn. – A Forbes, Minnesota woman has plead guilty to shooting at the Hells Angels Clubhouse in Eveleth.

The St. Louis County Attorney’s Office says Adrien Marie Gunderson, 40, pleaded guilty to Felony Drive by Shooting Toward Occupied Building. The plea agreement means she will likely be sentenced to at least 50-months in prison.

Gunderson admitted that on September 2, 2024, she fired multiple shots at the front door of the Hells Angels Clubhouse located in Eveleth.

Charging documents says Gunderson had some type of confrontation with people in the clubhouse. She then left and a short time later shot a firearm at the clubhouse.

Hocking Valley Motorcycle Club contributes $2,500 to public service organizations

LOGAN — Hocking Valley Motorcycle Club (HVMC), an off-road motorcycle club established in 1972, has an extensive history of not only hosting events but also actively supporting local communities. Most recently, the club donated a total of $2,500 to public service organizations in Hocking and Perry counties.

HVMC partners with residents in the region who allow the club to utilize their privately-owned trails for an annual off-road motorcycle ride that draws visitors from across the country and boosts the local economy. For the past several years, it has been the wish of the landowners that donations be made in their honor to those who serve and protect the immediate communities.

HVMC recently donated $500 each to the following entities:

British bikers Lindsay and Craig Foreman jailed in Iran for ten years

Lindsay and Craig Foreman, the British couple riding around the world on motorcycles, have been handed a 10-year jail sentence in Iran after being accused of espionage – a charge their family insist is baseless.

the Foremans, a Sussex couple in their 50s, were arrested in January 2025 while travelling through Iran as part of a round-the-world bike trip. This week, a judge at Branch 15 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court sentenced them to a decade behind bars.

They are being held separately inside Tehran’s notorious Evin prison, a facility long criticised by human rights groups for alleged torture and inhumane conditions.

The Foremans’ problems began at the start of 2025, when the couple entered Iran as part of their global motorcycle journey. Iranian authorities then detained them, charging them both with spying – an allegation they, and their family, strenuously deny.

Throughout 2025, the pair were held in Evin prison in what their family describe as “dire” conditions. According to Lindsay’s son, Joe Bennett, they were surrounded by “dirt, vermin, and violence” and were losing weight.

Second person arrested on murder, kidnapping charges in death of man found in remote CT woods

Police have charged a second person in connection with a body that was discovered in a remote area of Somers in 2021.

Zachary Joseph Apt, 34, was taken into custody at his Southington home early Friday on a warrant charging him in the death of 28-year-old Jason Comes of Wilbraham, Massachusetts, according to Connecticut State Police.

Apt was apprehended by the state police Eastern District Major Crime Squad, Bureau of Special Investigations, Emergency Services Unit and members of the Southington Police Department. He faces charges of murder, conspiracy to commit second-degree kidnapping with a firearm, conspiracy to commit second-degree assault, conspiracy to commit third-degree robbery, tampering with physical evidence and criminal liability for acts of another to tamper with evidence.

Apt was held on a $2.5 million bond and is expected to face a judge in Rockville Superior Court on Tuesday. The arrest warrant affidavit supporting the charges has been sealed, state police said.

3 Hells Angels members from NZ barred entry

Three New Zealand citizens and members of the Hells Angels were denied entry to the Philippines over their alleged links to an international criminal organization, the Bureau of Immigration (BI) said.

According to BI, two of the passengers arrived at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) on February 7 onboard a China Southern flight from Guangzhou, China. The other arrived on a similar flight on February 9.

Immigration authorities said the foreigners were subjected to verification after registering a hit in the Interpol system.

Further confirmation showed that all were subjects of a diffusion notice involving a criminal organization. They were found to have multiple prior convictions in various countries and were identified as members of the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club (HAMC), an outlaw motorcycle gang monitored internationally for its alleged involvement in organized criminal activities.
