Saturday at Field Day I watched a club member, new to the hobby, struggle to download various computer utilities for programming her handheld radios.
The websites were beset with these "View PDF" ads and their ilk, ones that say "Download" or feature a "Download" or "Open" button.
Misleading as hell, I see 'em everywhere; one just has to learn to be on one's guard.
Tough business, I know, but still… they're annoying. I hate 'em.
