No, it isn't IMO.
It has a lot of tracking, and how can you trust them that you REALLY disable it from settings?
I personally LOVE #VivaldiBrowser as a #Chromium #browser, especially for its #privacy and #customizability. It works well and has interesting #resources_saving features.
It is also 95% #FOSS, which is a great advantage.
