At the top of a ski hill, most likely at the peak. In the middle is a ski lift, with various ski chairs going up and down. Visibility beyond the mid point of the mountain is completely obscured by the clouds, implying that we are above the clouds themself (which this picture was taken at). It's a generally clear day weather wise.
