#CMake flub: #Kitware added new-ish features for installing libraries attached to an imported target (i.e. transitive library dependencies of your project) - but it doesn't work for Boost targets created by their own FindBoost module for some reason.

The per-library targets just...don't work, and trying to use the Boost_LIBRARIES variably doesn't work because FindBoost poops "-lpthread" into the middle of the list for some reason.

I’ve became by accident pretty seasoned with cmake. Never wanted to learn it particularly but it is not too bad. I use it at work.

I also like that it is focused on C/C++ rather than trying to be everything, which is really a fresh breath of air these days. I rather use it at least than autotools :-)
